We are excited to announce the following authors and illustrators for the 46th annual Children’s Literature Conference to be held at the UGA Hotel and Conference Center on March 6 – 7, 2015.

Newbery Award winning author of Moon Over Manifest as well as Navigating Early which was named a Printz Honor Book for Young Adult Fiction by the American Library Association.

Author and illustrator of the 2014 GCBA Picturebook Award Winner, Sylvie. Some of her other picturebooks include Chick ‘n’ Pug, Pig Kahuna, and Uh-Oh, Dodo!.

Local author spotlight! A resident of Watkinsville, she is the author and illustrator of the Missy’s Super Duper Royal Deluxe chapter book series for emerging readers published by Scholastic Press.

Accomplished artist and illustrator of The Mud Pony, The Magic of Spider Woman, Alice Yazzie’s Year, and numerous other works inspired by his Navajo culture and life experiences.

Author and illustrator of more than 35 books, including Petite Rouge – A Cajun Red Riding Hood and non-fiction works such as Starry Skies: Questions, Facts, and Riddles About the Universe and The Earth and Me: A Kid’s Guide to Ecology.
